Refund & Exchange Policy

At Neervan, we strive to ensure that every customer receives products in perfect condition. Before placing the order we ensure the condition of the product. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once they have been delivered. 

One-Time Exchange Policy 

We offer a one-time exchange under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Size Exchange

If the product does not fit as expected, we offer a one-time size exchange, subject to availability.

For size exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability of the requested size.

Exchange Approval

Once our team verifies the request and supporting photos/videos, we will process the exchange. If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will provide an alternative solution at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
  • Requests without proper photo/video evidence may be rejected.
  • Sale, discounted, or customized products may not be eligible for exchange unless received in a damaged condition.
