Shipping and Delivery duration

• Orders will ship within 24-48 hours after receiving the order and typically arrive in 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
• Working Days are Monday to Friday, so weekend are not included in shipping timeline. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the tracking details via email on your registered email address.
  
• Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at neervan.label@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

Do You Offer Reverse Pickup for Exchanges?

• Yes, we offer reverse pickup for exchanges on eligible items within India.
• However, in certain cases or specific locations where reverse pickup isn’t available, we may ask you to send the item back to us at your own cost and risk.

• As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a WhatsApp/E-mail with tracking details or you can track from our website.
  

What are your shipping charges?

• For order below Rs.1999, there will be additional shipping cost depending upon the location.
• We offer free shipping on order above Rs.1999.
