All transactions are processed securely and orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Neervan reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued accordingly. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, the request must be submitted within 24 hours of placing it and before the order has been processed. Neervan retains full discretion to approve or decline any cancellation request.
